All orders ship for a flat fee of $7.49.
Your jewelry will be fully insured during transit, so you can be assured of its security, and your signature will be required on receipt.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your item to us within 14 days for a full refund. Please see our returns policy for more information.

If you wish to return your item for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked. You can email us at info@hellagold.com.
Please return your item via FedEx or UPS (with insurance and tracking) to ensure it gets back to us safely. Unfortunately, we can't provide a refund for any items sent back to us by uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally shipped.
Please be aware that once a ring has been resized or altered, it is no longer eligible for return. This also applies to rings that we have resized on your behalf before shipping.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you believe your item may have been damaged in transit, please email info@hellagold.com within 24 hours with a photograph and description of any damage. We fully insure all deliveries.
